Register for a gym, it’s pretty cheap and recommended.

Stressing yourself is one of the things you should avoid because it totally kind of drains your body and makes you look slim, though nobody wants to be fatty, don’t stress yourself to be slim, do it in a more natural way.

Avoid fatty foods, because you need to be mindful of whatever goes through your mouth, it’s vital you balance your daily intakes. Your food should usually be balanced, in the sense that it contains proteins, vitamins, minerals and your skin will reflect on your healthy body. Like I said earlier, it’s about the combination of both Balanced Diet and Exercising.

You didn’t really expected me to be through without mentioning water, did you?

In fact, you can live longer with water than without food, than food without water. Always have a glass of water before you go to bed, and after you wake up.

Take foods with water content ex. Water melon, lettuce, cucumbers. Have a glass of water with you when taking your meals, and after work out (Bring two glasses, one for your body to cool down, and drink the other).

Water doesn’t necessarily has to be your number one priority, there are milk juice, orange and stuff like that, stick to watery substances. That’s the way to go.
